At the heart of Drunken Lankan is insatiable need to pair age old Sri Lankan traditions and flavours with modern cocktail culture through innovation, creativity and flair, bringing you a truly world class Sri Lankan drinking experience.
At the helm of Drunken Lankan, Ash handy is a home-grown, internationally experienced mixologist with over a decade spent behind the bar learning and perfecting his trade. He has worked at/managed some of the best establishments the bar industry has to offer in Colombo, London, Singapore and Australia. His drive for perfection and passion for drinks paired with our mantra 'Source local, Drink local' guarantees a product of the highest quality. This also means we will always be proudly Sri Lankan.
